Nikola Jokić was born on February 19, 1995, in Sombor, Serbia. At a young age, he was found by a coach despite the fact that he had spent his entire life playing basketball in his hometown. During his youth, Jokić participated in the Vojvodina Sombor youth program. Subsequently, he went on to play with Mega Basket in the Adriatic League.
He is 208 centimeters tall; his height is 6 feet 11 inches, and his weight is 284 pounds (129 kilograms). Jokić did not pursue higher education and instead participated in the 2014 NBA draft by entering the market directly from the foreign levels.
