The Road to WrestleMania is officially upon us after a tremendous Royal Rumble which saw Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair winning the respective 30-men and women traditional Royal Rumble matches. The two nights of WrestleMania 41 will take over Allegiant Stadium in Los Vegas on April 19 and 20, 2025. This year’s WrestleMania has the potential to be the greatest of all time. Let’s take a look at the Early WWE WrestleMania 41 Match Card Predictions.
Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owens
It’s nothing better than to kick off WrestleMania 41 with a “friends turned foes” battle between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. These two are guaranteed to deliver a phenomenal match, and their history with each other adds to the excitement. Kevin Owens expected Sami to help him against Cody Rhodes at the Royal Rumble in a ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Zayn appeared in the match to check on Owens but didn’t help him in any way.
A frustrated Owens attacked Zayn on Raw after Royal Rumble and delivered a Package Piledriver. This has ignited a feud between the previous best friends. It is a legendary feud and never gets boring, no matter how much you revisit it. Although Elimination Chamber happens in Canada, the hometown of both KO and Sami, this match should be on the WrestleMania card. This will also solve the problem of booking both stars on the grandest stage of them all.
Gunther (c) vs Jey Uso – WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Jey Uso did the unimaginable at Royal Rumble 2025, where he became the men’s Royal Rumble winner. Forget the criticism on the internet, the fans in the live crowd are completely behind the YEET Master, and it was clear from the reaction he received on WWE Raw. Uso has the option to choose whoever the champion he wants to face. However, Gunther and Uso have a long history.
Jey has shown interest in facing Gunther at the press conference after the Royal Rumble. This looks like a done matchup for WrestleMania 41. They will give Uso few weeks to look around both Raw and SmackDown but the eventual pick will be Gunther.
Rey Mysterio vs Penta
The luchadors will collide at the Show of Shows in a much likely friendly battle. The match will be awesome, but there’s no way WWE will make any one of the two a heel superstar. Penta has been booked perfectly since his debut. He will be in a mini-feud with Pete Dunne and Ludwig Kaiser in the coming weeks. It’s Penta’s first WrestleMania, and it will be important for him to make an impact.
Tiffany Stratton (c) vs Charlotte Flair – WWE Women’s Championship
In Royal Rumble 2025 Results, Charlotte Flair added another milestone in her career book as she became the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble winner and the first ever women wrestler to become a 2-time Royal Rumble winner. A match between Stratton and Flair has been speculation for weeks, and it looks obvious that The Queen will choose the WWE Women’s Champion as her WrestleMania opponent.
Drew McIntyre vs Damian Priest
The Scottish Warrior is expected to battle the Archer of Infamy at WrestleMania 41. These speculations began after Royal Rumble where Priest eliminated McIntyre in a shocking turn of events. The more drama occurred when the rumors began of McIntyre getting angry backstage on how he was booked and how LA Knight disrupted his elimination spot.
However, the news right now says that things are settled between Drew and WWE. McIntyre will be drafted to SmackDown in the coming weeks to continue his feud with Priest.
Rhea Ripley (c) vs Becky Lynch – Women’s World Championship
Becky Lynch’s return to WWE is long overdue, and she didn’t return at the Royal Rumble premium live event. The Eradicator and The Man have a long history. They previously wrestled last year at WrestleMania 40, where Mami came out victorious. This can be a great callback match and will be a bigger match than any other, as Lynch and Ripley are really among the biggest female stars in the industry right now.
Lynch is expected to return in the coming weeks and participate in the Elimination Chamber match. A win there will directly give her an opportunity at WrestleMania 41 for the WWE Women’s World Championship.
AJ Styles vs Logan Paul: An unexpected bout in Early WWE WrestleMania 41 Match Card Predictions
Both AJ Styles and Logan Paul returned at the Royal Rumble. These are some of the biggest current stars in WWE, and a match between the two will bring more spotlight to the show. This will also solve the issue of booking both stars properly on the biggest stage of them all. The Phenomenal One can carry a match with anyone and turn it into an instant classic. On the other hand, Logan’s skills are well-proven, as he has worked well with big stars in the past.
Roman Reigns vs CM Punk vs Seth Rollins
This year’s WrestleMania has the potential to deliver the biggest triple-threat match of all time. It will be a clash of 15 years of WWE stories as Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and CM Punk will battle in a grudge match at the grandest stage of them all. This all started in the men’s Royal Rumble match where Punk eliminated both Rollins and Reigns before getting eliminated by Logan Paul himself.
After the elimination, Seth Rollins took out his frustration and attacked both Reigns and Punk. The story totally backs a triple threat match. Reigns and Rollins have a history for more than a decade. On the other hand, both have hatred towards Punk since his return.
Cody Rhodes (c) vs John Cena – Undisputed WWE Championship
In his last WrestleMania match, John Cena would challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. This will create an opportunity for Cena to finally get his hands on the 17th World Title. Cena officially declared his entry into the Elimination Chamber match after Royal Rumble. It is highly expected that the 16-time World Champion will win the chamber match and challenge The American Nightmare at the Showcase of Immortals.
These were the early WWE WrestleMania 41 Match Card predictions based on the current scenario in the WWE. What are your thoughts?
