Seth Rollins Opened WWE Raw

Seth Rollins holds up the mic, and the crowd sings his song. He welcomes everyone to Monday Night Rollins. He knows some fans still chant for CM Punk or raise their fingers for Roman Reigns, but he says the future is here. With Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker by his side, he claims the future of wrestling runs through him.
Sami Zayn interrupts. Seth asks if he watched WrestleMania, and Sami says yes, it was good. They have been friends for a long time, but Sami calls Seth’s speech “a load of crap.” He points out how much Seth talked about Punk and Reigns, both linked to Heyman. Sami questions if Seth’s hatred for Punk was just jealousy. Seth insists he’s different, calling this his vision for the future.
Sami argues that Seth’s “vision” conveniently centers around himself. Seth says he’s just the best man for the job. Sami calls him a hypocrite, comparing his group to the Bloodline, with Heyman as the “Wiseman” and Bron as his “little dog.” He warns Bron not to stare or risk getting his face kicked in. Seth tells everyone to calm down.
Seth says this is the future; join or become a target. He claims it is not a threat but keeps pressuring Sami. He suggests Heyman could get Sami moved off Raw if he does not agree. Seth calls it an offer, not a threat but demands an answer by the end of the night.
Grade B
Analysis
Sami Zayn is the first target of Seth Rollins’ new alliance. Zayn remained a crowd favorite for the most part of his career. He will surely uplift this major turn from Rollins and Breakker and also had a history with Heyman. Last week’s WWE Raw saw Bronn Breakker attack both Roman and Punk, but both were absent this week to sell their injuries, maybe.
Rhea Ripley vs Roxxane Perez

Roxanne Perez starts the match by stalling, rolling in and out of the ring to frustrate Rhea Ripley. She finally attacks, using cheap shots like chop blocks and boots to take control. Rhea fires back with a big boot and tries for a Razor’s Edge, but Perez escapes to the apron. The back-and-forth continues with Perez targeting Rhea’s leg before Rhea drops her with a hard lariat.
After a break, Perez stays aggressive, working over Rhea’s leg. Rhea fights back with upkicks and short-arm lariats, finally hitting a Razor’s Edge and a Penalty Kick, but Perez kicks out. Giulia appears at ringside, distracting Rhea. Perez nearly wins with a small package and a cartwheel knee drop, but Rhea survives. When Perez tries Pop Rox, Rhea counters with a brutal kick.
Rhea glares at Giulia, who suddenly interferes with a chop block, causing a disqualification. The referee calls for the bell, and Rhea wins. But Perez and Giulia are not done. They team up to beat Rhea down until IYO SKY rushes in for the save. A brief scuffle breaks out before the babyfaces stand tall, leaving Rhea laid out.
In the end, Rhea gets the win by DQ, but the real story is the alliance between Perez and Giulia. With IYO evening the odds, the feud is far from over. The chaos sets up future clashes, with Rhea now having to watch her back against two dangerous opponents.
Winner: Rhea Ripley by DQ
Grade B
Analysis
WWE put both Perez and Giulia into big leagues with Ripley and Sky. They will surely learn from this feud and may come out as the breakout stars. The story may move towards a tag team match next week but it is still unknown if both Ripley and Sky can go along with each other. Belair is absent since WrestleMania due to an injury, so we will wish her a speedy recovery.
Backstage
Back in the Judgment Day clubhouse, Finn Balor questions JD McDonagh about why he did not tell him he was returning. JD says he told Dominik Mysterio instead, assuming Finn would find out. As they argue, Liv Morgan interrupts, telling them to prepare for their match. Confused, Finn asks what match; it turns out JD booked them against War Raiders to start their pushback to the tag titles, and Liv was supposed to inform Finn but “forgot.” Annoyed, Finn leaves to get ready while Carlito casually takes a bite of an apple and wonders when it will be his turn to win a title.
Logan Paul and Jey USO

Logan Paul enters and insults the crowd, saying Jey Uso is not a legend. He claims Jey has done everything except win a world title. But now his days are numbered because Logan wants that title. Jey Uso interrupts, telling Logan to stop acting like the title will just be handed to him. He says he watched Gunther beat his brother Jimmy badly, and it lit a fire in him.
Uso said the title must be earned, not given, and if Logan wants it, he will have to take it. Logan rolls his eyes and mocks Jey, saying he will take the title while Jey fails like always. Before he can finish, Jey blasts him with a superkick, shutting him up and leaving the crowd roaring.
Grade B+
Analysis
Jey Uso vs Logan Paul is a good feud to start for the Main event Jey Uso title reign. USO won the title from Gunther at WWE WrestleMania 41 Saturday Night. Paul is a natural heel that will surely give some edge to a face. Jey Uso must stay away from Seth Rollins and his faction to make his title reign more important. Paul is a good ring worker, so the match will be good.
Judgment Day vs War Raiders

The match starts fast, with the War Raiders dominating JD McDonagh early. They throw him to the floor with double-team moves while New Day distracts them from commentary. Ivar charges at McDonagh but gets tricked, crashing into the LED boards as we go to a break.
After the commercial, War Raiders come back strong. Ivar hits a Banzai Drop on Finn Balor, and JD lands a moonsault, but Erik breaks it up. Chaos erupts outside as War Raiders take out Judgment Day. New Day shouts advice to Ivar, who plows through everyone, including Balor. McDonagh tries to escape, but Carlito interferes with his apple, forcing Penta to shove JD off the ropes suddenly.
In the end, Ivar locks JD in a waistlock, and War Raiders finish him off with the War Machine slam for the win. The match was wild, with outside interference and high-energy action, but War Raiders proved too strong for Judgment Day tonight.
Winner: War Raiders
Grade B+
Analysis
The match showed how much potential these two teams have in them. Erik and Ivar proved that they are one of the best teams in the world. McDonagh has no ring rust after the career-threatening injury. Woods and Kingston entertained the commentary. This will be a good three-way rivalry, but it looks like Penta and Fenix will have a feud with Judgment Day.
Backstage
Backstage, Paul Heyman sits down with Sami Zayn. He brings up their past in the Bloodline, saying he respected Sami’s reasons for leaving. He hopes Sami will one day understand his own choices, too. But Heyman is not here for nostalgia; instead, he’s got an offer. Bron Breakker wants a match with Sami, and Seth Rollins cannot stop it. However, if Sami agrees to move to SmackDown, he can avoid Bron. As a “favor,” Heyman even got him a WWE Championship match against the winner of Cena vs. Orton.
Heyman tells Sami to think about his future and his family’s. He can either move forward or stay stuck in the past. After Paul leaves, the camera catches Bron Breakker lurking in the doorway. The two share a silent, knowing look, leaving Sami with a dangerous decision to make.
Backy Lynch Explains Her Actions

Becky Lynch comes out and admits she attacked Bayley, taking her out of WrestleMania. She does not care if the crowd boos. Bayley has been attacking her since 2019 and never apologized. Becky mocks Bayley for complaining about not being a bigger star. She then turns her attention to Lyra Valkyria, calling her a loser for teaming with Bayley instead of listening to her.
Lyra interrupts and says she finally sees Becky for what she is: a fake illusion. She has done taking Manhandle Slams and is ready to make Becky pay. As Lyra steps into the ring, Becky backs away, refusing to fight. Lyra reminds her that she already beat her once for the NXT Championship. Becky claims she only fights when it matters, and Kansas City does not matter.
Lyra calls her bluff and challenges her at Backlash with the title on the line. Becky tries to mock her, but Lyra cuts her off, saying she’s not trying to be the next Becky Lynch. She is better than that and a better wrestler. Becky starts yelling, but Lyra shuts her up with a dropkick and throws her into the ring. The two brawl briefly before Becky escapes through the crowd.
As Lyra leaves, Becky ambushes her on the stage with a cheap shot. The segment ends with Becky running off, leaving Lyra furious. The stage is set for a heated title match at Backlash.
Grade A
Analysis
Becky is outstanding as a heel. Lynch made her long awaited return at WWE WrestleMania 41 Sunday. She showed her class on the mic by trolling all the fans in the arena while accepting Bayley’s attack to take her WrestleMania spot. Becky will surely elevate Lyra’s star power before moving to her arch-rival, Bayley. Lyra held her own on the mic against one of the best in the business. She claimed that she did not want to become the next Becky Lynch, but she was a better wrestler than she was. The match between Lynch and Valkyria is booked for WWE Backlash.
Backstage
Backstage, Nick Aldis warns Penta to stay calm after his earlier outburst. He understands Penta wants revenge, so instead of a fine, he books him in a match against JD McDonagh next week. Penta accepts, but the tension is cut short when Chad Gable and Ivy Nile show up. Gable mocks Penta for losing at WrestleMania, then takes it further by trash-talking Fenix’s recent loss.
Penta snaps, blasting Gable with an enzuigiri. He calls him an “a**hole” and warns him not to disrespect the Lucha Brothers. The message is clear—Penta won’t let anyone insult his family or his team. The confrontation leaves Gable laid out, and Penta fired up for his match next week.
Ivy Nile vs Stephanie Vaquer

The match starts with both women feeling each other out. Ivy Nile avoids a test of strength and takes Stephanie Vaquer down, working her over with holds. Vaquer fights back, nearly winning with a quick roll-up. Nile fires off shoulder blocks, but Vaquer counters with her Devil’s Kiss finisher as they go to break.
After the commercial, Vaquer stays in control, hitting more Devil’s Kiss attempts. Chad Gable interferes, placing Nile’s foot on the ropes to break a pin. Nile retaliates with a German suplex and a corner kick, but Vaquer survives. They battle on the top rope, where Vaquer hits a superplex for a close nearfall. Trading forearms, Vaquer goes for her SBB finisher, but Nile counters with a slam. Trapped in the ropes, Vaquer uses them to her advantage, hitting a dragon screw leg whip before finally finishing Nile with SBB for the win.
Winner: Stephanie Vaquer
Grade B
Analysis
It was a great match for both women who have yet to show their best in WWE main roster. Nile can hang with anyone in the ring but could not get enough opportunities. Vaquer can work on these short rivalries before going to the women title scene to build her aura with the main roster audience.
Backstage
Backstage, Nick Aldis tells AJ Styles he believes in his comeback after WrestleMania and offers him a list of potential opponents. AJ is ready, but Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Dominik Mysterio interrupt. Liv reminds Nick about her upcoming movie shoot, which he has already approved. Dom demands time off just because he’s champion, but Nick shuts him down and refocuses on AJ.
After some back-and-forth between AJ and Dom, Judgment Day leaves. Nick and AJ agree on his next steps. Meanwhile, Karrion Kross sneaks up on Sami Zayn, taunting him about making the “right decision” tonight before the show cuts to break.
Pat McAfee Intense Promo to Challenge Gunther

Michael Cole opens by apologizing for getting Pat McAfee in hot water with GUNTHER last week, but stands by speaking his mind. He reveals Adam Pearce has suspended GUNTHER indefinitely and fined him. McAfee then climbs onto the announce desk, mic in hand, and delivers a fiery speech about his roots, values, and loyalty especially to Cole. He vows to stand by his friend no matter what, even if it means facing GUNTHER.
Nick Aldis arrives and shuts down McAfee’s request to lift GUNTHER’s suspension immediately. Instead, he offers a compromise: McAfee will get his hands on GUNTHER in a sanctioned match at Backlash. Pat eagerly accepts, drops the mic, and returns to commentary, setting the stage for a high-stakes showdown.
Grade A
Analysis
Pat McAfee showed his loyalty to the legendary Michael Cole. He asked to uplift the Gunther’s ban so that he can beat him. Aldis booked McAfee vs Gunther at WWE Backlash. Gunther can destroy him to get some respect back after losing the title. It was not a good feud for Gunther. But, McAfee made it more special on the mic today.
Backstage
Backstage, Sami Zayn stands alone, lost in thought, when Jey Uso approaches. Jey checks in, calling him “brother from another mother,” and assures him whatever choice he makes tonight is the right one for him. The two exchanged “I love yous” and shared a heartfelt hug. As Sami walks away looking relieved, Jey watches him go, only to get blindsided by Logan Paul’s vicious cheap shot punch out of nowhere, leaving Uso laid out on the floor.
Sami Zayn’s Decision for Seth Rollins’ Faction

Seth Rollins stands in the ring, waiting for Sami Zayn’s decision. He calls Sami down, wanting to talk things through before he answers. When Zayn arrives, Seth makes an emotional plea, reminding him of their 20-year friendship and how much it hurts that Sami doesn’t believe in his vision for WWE’s future. He calls Sami one of his few true friends, recalling how Zayn helped him when his daughter was born. With genuine concern, Seth begs Sami to take the deal and leave Raw, warning that staying will put him in danger.
Sami takes a deep breath and responds. As a friend, he apologizes if he hurt Seth’s feelings—outside the ring, their bond is real. But inside it? He sees through Seth’s mind games. Dangling a WWE Championship opportunity to manipulate him? That’s low. Sami refuses to run or be threatened, no matter the cost. He’s been a target before and won’t be bullied into submission. When he wins a world title, it’ll be on his own terms: no favors, no shortcuts. With that, he tells Seth, “As a friend, I love you… but you can go to hell.”
As Rollins processes the rejection, Bron Breakker’s siren blares, signaling his arrival with Paul Heyman in tow, leaving no doubt that Sami’s defiance will have consequences.
Grade A
Analysis
Seth played mind games with Zayn but could not agree him to join his faction. Sami Zayn did not join the Seth Rollins so he has to face the consequences. Sami Zayn and Bronn Breakker is booked for the main event of WWE Raw.
Sami Zayn vs Bron Breakker

The bell rings, and Bron Breakker immediately mauls Sami Zayn with corner shoulder thrusts, belly-to-belly suplexes, and ruthless choking in the ropes. Sami fights back with uppercuts and a diving lariat that sends Bron crashing over the announce desk, but the monster just shakes it off. After the break, Zayn lands a huge sunset flip powerbomb and a tornado DDT, but Breakker no-sells it all. A corner exploder gets the crowd roaring until Bron spears Sami so hard he nearly breaks him in half.
Rollins watches coldly as Breakker delivers three more spears, turning Zayn into a ragdoll. When the ref stops the match, Bron ignores it, hitting a fourth spear on the defenseless Sami. Medics rush in, but Seth suddenly snaps, blasting Zayn with a vicious Blackout to end the carnage. As officials scramble, Rollins whispers to Breakker that this is just lesson one. The message is clear: defy Seth’s vision, and you get destroyed.
Winner: Bronn Breakker
Grade A
Analysis
Bronn Breakker destroyed Sami Zayn in this match. He hit Zayn with three consistent spears to beat him via referee stoppage. Seth Rollins appreciated his efforts and then finished an injured Zayn with a Blackout. It was a great ending to a Seth Rollins’ centric WWE Raw episode as we saw what this faction could do to their rivals. It was all about Seth Rollins since he beat CM Punk and Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania Night 1 Main Event. Let’s see what happens when Roman Reigns and CM Punk make a return.
