Because we are talking about the National basketball Association (NBA), there we will talk about the gems of the NBA. In the last series we discussed two players of the NBA, who hold different capabilities and skills which they applied in the basketball court.

    LeBron James was born December 30, 1984, in Akron, Ohio. As a child, he was raised in a household with only one parent, and he faced a lot of challenges during his formative years. However, he discovered solace in athletics. St. Vincent-St. Mary High School was James’s high school, and he excelled in both basketball and football throughout his time there. He has a height of 6 feet 8 inches (203 cm) and a weight of 250 pounds (113 kg).

    During his time in high school, James was a dominant player who was honored with a number of accolades and trophies. In addition to being selected for the USA Today All-USA First Team, he was the winner of the Mr. Basketball title in Ohio three times. James had an excellent academic record, with a grade point average of 3.0. After being selected first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003, he skipped college and went straight into the National Basketball Association (NBA).

    LeBron James is a small forward and power forward who has previously played for the Cleveland Cavaliers (2003-2010, 2014-2018), the Miami Heat (2010-2014), and the Los Angeles Lakers (2018-present). His most recent affiliation is with the Los Angeles Lakers. With four National Basketball Association championships, four NBA Most Valuable Player honors, and two Olympic gold medals, he is largely considered to be one of the greatest basketball players in the history of the game. He has been selected for 19 NBA All-Star Games and 13 All-NBA First Teams during the course of his career. It is well known that he is versatile, athletic, and that he has done charitable work outside of the court.

    Giannis Antetokounmpo was born on December 6, 1994, in Athens, Greece, to Nigerian immigrants. His family consisted of his parents and four siblings, and they lived in a household with a modest income. In order to provide for their family, Giannis and his brother Thanasis engaged in the practice of selling items on the street. His first game of basketball was when he was seven years old, and he joined the Filathlitikos youth squad when he was thirteen years old. Giannis stands at a height of 6 feet 11 inches (211 cm) and weighs 242 pounds (110 kg).

    Giannis began his professional career by participating in the youth program of Filathlitikos. He then advanced to the senior team, which competes in the second tier of competition in Greece. During the 2013 NBA Draft, the Milwaukee Bucks selected him with the fifteenth overall pick, making him the first Greek player to be taken in the first round. Giannis did not go to college and instead went straight from the Greek League to the National Basketball Association. Six times, he has been selected for the NBA All-Star game, and he has won two NBA Most Valuable Player titles.

    From 2013 to the present day, Giannis Antetokounmpo has been playing for the Milwaukee Bucks as a power forward and center. He has guided the Bucks to multiple appearances in the playoffs, culminating in the Bucks’ victory in the NBA Championship in 2021. During his career, Giannis has been selected to the All-NBA First Team four times and has been awarded the title of NBA Defensive Player of the Year once. Athleticism, length, and a dominant play in the paint are some of the things that have brought him recognition. The Greek national team has participated in international competitions, and Giannis, who is a naturalized Greek citizen, has been a member of that team.

    Luka Dončić was born February 28, 1999, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. When he was seven years old, he began playing basketball, and when he was eight years old, he joined the young team of Union Olimpija. Luka was first exposed to the sport of basketball by his father, Slobodan, who was both a professional basketball player and a coach. Dončić stands at a height of 6 feet 7 inches (201 centimeters) and has a weight of 230 pounds (104 kilograms). Following his enrollment at Osnovna šola Mirana Jarca elementary school, he transferred to Sports Gymnasium Ljubljana to continue his education.

    In the year 2012, Luka Dončić became a member of the Real Madrid youth team. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming an indispensable player for the senior club by the time he was 16 years old. Before the Atlanta Hawks selected him third overall in 2018, he had already won a number of championships with Real Madrid, including one in the EuroLeague. After that, his rights were transferred to the Dallas Mavericks, where he has established himself as a mainstay for the organization. Luka did not go to college and instead went straight from the EuroLeague to the National Basketball Association.

    When it comes to the Dallas Mavericks, Luka Dončić is a versatile player who plays as a point guard, shooting guard, and small forward (2018–present). Each of the four times he was chosen to participate in the NBA All-Star Game, he was also awarded the title of NBA Rookie of the Year. In addition to leading the Mavericks to the playoffs, Luka was selected to the All-NBA First Team on two separate occasions. The extraordinary court vision, scoring skill, and agility that he possesses have earned him a lot of praise. In the year 2017, Dončić successfully led Slovenia’s national basketball team to the EuroBasket competition.
