On June 07, the WWE SmackDown show aired live from KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The show featured a stacked line-up with multiple singles matches. We witnessed the further progression between Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles. Solo Sikoa officially included Tanga Loa in the Bloodline and much more. Let’s move to WWE SmackDown June 07 Results.
The Bloodline Anointment Ceremony
The show opened with the Bloodline Anointment Ceremony. Paul Heyman introduced himself and announced Solo as the Tribal Chief until Roman Reigns’ return. Paul said that according to Solo, Tama Tonga will be the Right-Hand Man from now on. He also claimed that Tanga Loa is a fully-fledged member of the Bloodline. Heyman thanked everyone and wanted to leave. Sikoa stopped him and asked if he was forgetting something.
Heyman was confused. Solo told him to thank Tama and Tanga for the past week. Heyman did that. Tonga said that they saved Heyman from KO last week by the orders of the Tribal Chief. Kevin Owens came out running to the ring. He fought the Bloodline. Street Profits came out to even the odds. Owens attacked the Bloodline with a steel chair, and they had to escape. Backstage, Sikoa told Heyman to make a six-man tag team match tonight, or he would make Paul Heyman vs Tama Tonga in their locker room.
Grades: B
Analysis: This is an excellent opening to the show. The Bloodline’s segment was to the point. They are setting a three-on-three match with Bloodline against Kevin Owens and Street Profits.
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair vs Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell

After the match, a brawl broke out between all the teams in the ring and at ringside. The women’s tag team champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill stood tall.
Winners: Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair
Grades: C
Analysis: The women’s tag team division has been interesting since Jade and Bianca have been the champions. It’s a four-way feud around the titles.
Backstage: Nick Aldis approached Cody. He said that everyone got played out by AJ Styles. Aldis wanted Cody to keep his cool. Rhodes said that he respects Aldis and wants him to step aside, as this is between him and Styles.
— LA Knight asked Aldis about Logan Paul. Nick showed him a picture of Logan playing Tetris. Carmelo Hayes interfered again in Knight’s business. Knight wanted a match with Hayes tonight, and Aldis made it official.
Grayson Waller vs Johnny Gargano
The Rivalry is going well because, on WWE SmackDown on May 31, Ciampa faced Theory. Waller started with a knee strike, but Gargano replied with a kick. Grayson hit a backbreaker. Johnny delivered a hurricanrana and a few clotheslines. Gargano landed his signature spear for a two-count. Waller hit a belly-to-belly suplex, but Gargano soon replied with a modified Canadian Destroyer. Johnny went for a suicide dive. Waller moved away, and Johnny laid out Theory. Waller took advantage. The Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes angrily walked to the ring without his theme song. He called out AJ Styles to get in the ring to end it right here. The Phenomenal One arrived alongside The OC. They stand on the entrance stage. Nick Aldis came out with security, and they stood between the ring and the entrance ramp. Styles demanded his Title match at Clash at the Castle. Rhodes gave him the match but with a stipulation.
Cody said that he would make AJ say, “I Quit.” Aldis asked Cody if he wanted an I Quit match. Rhodes gave him a thumbs up. Cody laid out some security officials, but others held him back. Styles hit him with a right hand before leaving.
Grades: B+
Analysis: A fantastic segment. It was intense. Styles is back with the OC, and they can make a deadly trio. A stipulation was expected in the rematch between Cody and Styles. An I Quit match will be a perfect feud-finisher.
Backstage: Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill visited Nick Aldis’ office. They will now defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships in a triple-threat tag team match against Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn, and a team of Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark.
LA Knight vs Carmelo Hayes

Winner: LA Knight
Grades: B
Analysis: A fun match between LA Knight and Carmelo Hayes. Knight was the winner. The feud between Knight and Logan is picking pace slowly. It seems it will be in full effect after Clash at the Castle.
Bayley and Piper Niven Face-Off
WWE Women’s Champion Bayley was in the ring. She talked about Piper Niven, her opponent at Clash at the Castle. Piper Niven and Chelsea Green came out to the ramp. Green called Bayley a big old loser. She said her tag team partner Naomi is also a loser, and Bayley will be a loser again at Clash at the Castle. Bayley said she respected Piper when she saw her on Mae Young Classic from day one.
Bayley said next week would be a big moment for Niven as she would compete in his home in Scotland in front of his family and friends. Bayley noted that Piper could have asked her for the opportunity, but she attacked her from behind. The champion told the challenger that it would be fun beating her. Niven said that she was happy hearing that Bayley has respect for her. She told Bayley that Mae Young Classic was in 2017, but she’s been crawling to the top since 2008 when she started wrestling in the UK and Japan and won championships there.
Niven told Bayley that her respect wouldn’t stop her from drilling Bayley’s head into the mat. She said that she’ll make it a little less painful for Bayley.
Grades: B
Analysis: It was a decent and much-needed segment. Piper Niven got to talk and portray her character better.

Sikoa attacked Ford with a chair to end the match in disqualification. In the ring, Sikoa delivered a Samoan Spike to Dawkins and a Spear to Ford. At ringside, they slammed Owens through the commentary table. The closing shot of SmackDown was of the Bloodline members raising their fingers in the air.
Winners: Kevin Owens and Street Profits via DQ.
Grades: B
Analysis: A good main event segment. The Bloodline was lacking in creating an impact, and this post-match angle will be helpful in that.
