WWE Raw episode had plenty of drama, starting with John Cena’s powerful promo. There was also exciting action in the ring, with Bron Breakker facing Penta for the Intercontinental Championship. Plus, we saw some heated backstage moments and a big contract signing. Keep reading for all the details from this action-packed WWE Raw March 24 Results.
John Cena Opened WWE Raw

John Cena steps into the ring, met with a loud “John Cena sucks!” chant from the crowd. He asks if something’s on their minds, then suggests they are ready to challenge him. Cena points out that he knows the crowd better than they know themselves, even calling out a clueless kid from last week. The crowd responds with chants of “F*** you, Cena!” that WWE censors, but Cena does not back down. He argues that he is always told the truth while fans just use profanity.
Cena reflects on his 20 years in WWE and how the fans’ reactions have shaped him. He reveals that he is studying the crowd all this time, learning about them through their chants and insults. Cena highlights the fans’ vulnerability, explaining that they revealed the most important lesson in 2005. They hated the WWE Spinner Championship belt, but that reaction gave Cena insight into what truly matters to fans: tradition and legacy. He now uses this knowledge to control the wrestling world.
Cena claims that WrestleMania will mark a turning point in WWE history. He plans to win his 17th championship, surpassing Ric Flair’s record. Cena will retire as the last true WWE champion, leaving fans with a toy belt that they despise. The thought of Cena being the last to hold the real title frustrates fans, knowing they have no power to stop it.
Enter Cody Rhodes, who challenges Cena’s claim. Rhodes argues that Cena’s biggest mistake was not taking the title from him at Elimination Chamber. He criticizes Cena for trying to rewrite the history of pro wrestling out of vanity. Rhodes lays the title at Cena’s feet, daring him to take it. Cena, however, retreats, unwilling to fight. Rhodes tells Cena that he needs to understand the title means more than Cena’s personal ego, leaving Cena walking away empty-handed.
Grade B+
Analysis
Is WWE trying to avoid a verbal exchange between Cena and Cody for a second straight week? Cena talked before Rhodes arrived in the ring. But, he did not properly exchange words with Rhodes. WWE must give use intense promo battles which we richly deserve in this rivalry. Cena turned on WWE fans and talked to end the Ric Flair’s record. This segment was nothing new from the last week’s WWE Raw segment.
A-Town Down Under vs The Usos

The match kicks off with Theory and Jey Uso. They lock up with a side headlock, and Theory is shot off the ropes. Jey hits a drop-down and leapfrog but blocks a hip toss and drops Theory with a lariat. He tags in Grayson Waller, who takes Theory into the corner, stacking him up for a backsplash and enzuigiri. Jey tags in Big Jim, and the Usos execute a double-team clothesline, sending Theory to the floor. They follow it up with a hip toss to Austin Theory and then hit an assisted dive.
Back inside the ring, Jim chops Theory, sending him reeling. Austin cuts him off with A-Town Down Under, taking control for a moment. They begin to work over Jey Uso, lying in boots as the match goes to a commercial break.
When we return, Jey Uso has a bit of a hot tag, landing hard lariats and superkicks on his opponents. Waller tries to capitalize with a blind tag and an assisted pop-up haymaker, but it only gets a two-count. Grayson attempts a diving elbow from the second rope but misses. Big Jim tags in and hits an assisted Samoan drop, followed by Jey Uso going up top. Austin gets sent packing, but Waller trips Jey, creating chaos.
The Usos hit a double superkick, then a flapjack into a spear, sending Waller out of the ring. They line up Austin, hitting their finisher, the 1D, and pin him for the win. After the match, GUNTHER enters the ring, knocking Big Jim off the top rope and brawling with Jey Uso. He manages to stagger Jey with superkicks and puts him in the corner. However, Jey’s ankle gives out, allowing GUNTHER to target him with vicious elbows until Big Jim returns with a steel chair to make the save.
Winner: The Usos
Grade B
Analysis
The Usos are back as a team after more than a year as Jimmy Uso was revealed as the partner of Jey. The Usos have gone through so much in the last few years that it was a big moment for sure when they team up. The match was good but the story remained on the same edge as Gunther again attacked Jey Uso. WWE must do something extraordinary to make this rivalry epic.
Backstage
Backstage, Liv Morgan is seen giving Raquel Rodriguez an encouraging pep talk when Dominik Mysterio and Carlito suddenly arrive. Dom is visibly down, so Liv offers him some words of encouragement. Just as she’s lifting his spirits, Carlito interrupts, stating that he is heading off to make a challenge for the Intercontinental Championship.
Backstage, the Latino World Order approaches Adam Pearce, questioning what just happened. Rey Mysterio expresses disbelief, calling it ludicrous, and insists that it was clearly Chad Gable who caused the issue. Gable walks in, coughing into a tissue, and informs Pearce that he does not have the energy to argue or compete tonight. He hands Pearce a doctor’s note, which Adam confirms is legitimate.
Rey, frustrated, threatens to settle things with Gable in the parking lot. However, Gable calmly suggests that Dragon Lee could step in and fight El Grande Americano instead. Pearce acknowledges the situation and says his hands are tied. Rey nods in understanding, but Dragon Lee, undeterred, declares he does not care who the opponent is. He is ready for the match. Adam Pearce then makes the match official.
Lyra Valkyria vs Raquel Rodriguez for WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship

Raquel Rodriguez takes control early, tossing Lyra Valkyria around the ring. Valkyria manages to duck a charge, locking in a side headlock before rolling up and over. Raquel catches her, but Lyra slips out and kicks her leg. Valkyria blocks a Northern Lights suplex, then reverses the Gory Special. She denies a sunset flip attempt but keeps the headlock locked in. Lyra ducks a back fist, then hits a la Isadora victory roll, sending Rodriguez to the floor.
Lyra follows up with a wrecking ball dropkick, but Raquel catches her and reverses it into a tijeras at the announce desk. Raquel shoves Lyra back inside, and Valkyria climbs to the top. She dives, only to eat a boot from Raquel, and the match goes to a commercial break.
When we return, Raquel hits a huge diving leg drop, but Valkyria kicks out just in time. Rodriguez catches Lyra with a northern lariat in the corner, followed by a Vader Bomb elbow, but Valkyria still kicks out. Lyra gets a chance to strike back with a diving crossbody, but Raquel catches her, only for Lyra to reverse it into a DDT. As Raquel tries to recover, Liv Morgan sneaks in and puts Raquel’s foot on the ropes, causing a distraction.
Raquel retaliates, hitting a boot on Liv and sending her to the floor. However, Lyra capitalizes, hitting a victory roll pin on Raquel for the win, retaining her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. After the match, Liv attacks Lyra, but Bayley rushes in for the save. The babyfaces send the heels packing, celebrating together in the ring.
Winner: Lyra Valkyria
Grade C+
Analysis
It was a so-so match with no big action. Liv Morgan’s interruption was a fact, but it could not change the result. WWE is heading to a tag team match between Tag Team Champion and Bayley, along with her partner, Lyra Valkyria.
Backstage
Backstage in a stairwell, Big Jim confronts Jey Uso, giving him some tough love. He tells Jey that if he is going to stand a chance against GUNTHER, he needs to fire up and tap into the right-hand man Jey Uso, ‘ the same guy’ who became a singles star. Jim urges him to find that fire and get ready for what is coming next.
Jim then heads around the corner and calls out GUNTHER for a match next week. The Ring General accepts, but with a warning: he hopes Jim does not trip and fall like his brother did. In response, Big Jim slaps the taste out of GUNTHER’s mouth, which makes the Ring General smile, clearly enjoying the challenge.
Iyo Sky vs Bianca Belair vs Rhea Ripley Contract Signing

Adam Pearce stands in the ring with the WWE Women’s World Championship contract. He starts by addressing last week’s incident where Rhea Ripley scribbled her signature on the contract. Pearce makes it clear that Rhea is NOT in the match. The match is between IYO SKY and Bianca Belair. He says Rhea’s signature does not count because she already has a rematch clause. Pearce adds he s been trying to set a date with Rhea for weeks.
IYO SKY enters and says she does not care about contracts. She is ready to fight both women at WrestleMania. Pearce appreciates her spirit but asks for a moment. Bianca Belair enters and agrees with Pearce. She earned her match through the Elimination Chamber. Bianca won’t let Rhea force her way into the match.
Rhea Ripley interrupts, saying she does not care about WrestleMania. She just wants her rematch. Pearce says Rhea has been avoiding agreeing to a date. Bianca says Rhea can wait until after WrestleMania. IYO steps in, and Rhea shoves her down. Pearce announces Rhea’s rematch next week. The winner will face Bianca at WrestleMania.
The fight breaks out. IYO leaps into a DDT on Rhea. Bianca lifts IYO for the KOD but gets countered. IYO reverses into a tijeras, sending Rhea outside. Bianca hits a backbreaker rack into the KOD over the ropes onto Rhea. Bianca holds the title high and is ready for WrestleMania.
Grade C+
Analysis
WWE had no clear plans to build up this feud, although it was big and without any build. All three wrestlers are babyface. The crowd cheered Sky, and we can clearly hear some boos for Belair, which is unusual. In a later segment, Adam Pearce announced that WWE Elimination Chamber Winner Bianca Belair will be the guest referee in a match between Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky.
Backstage
Dominik Mysterio approaches Penta and says he knows Penta is good but could be better. He suggests there might be a place for Penta in the Judgment Day. Dominik hints at the possibility of becoming Intercontinental Champion tonight. He tells Penta to think about it.
When we return, New Day is in the office demanding a tag title match at WrestleMania. Adam Pearce tells them they need to build up some wins first. He adds, “Do not let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.”
Bianca Belair rushes in, upset because she does not know who she will fight at WrestleMania. Pearce informs her she will be the special guest referee between IYO and Rhea next week. Bianca freaks out, saying she does not know how to referee. Pearce tells her she has a week to figure it out and quickly shoos her out of his office.
Dragon Lee vs El Grande Americano

Dragon Lee charges at El Grande Americano, who catches him with a waistlock. They switch positions, and Americano locks in a kneeling armbar. He sends Lee to the apron and knocks him down with a big “gracias!” Lee catches him with a Tijeras off the ropes, then wipes him out with a suicide dive. Back inside, Lee locks in a grounded Cobra Twist, tearing at Americano’s mask. Referee Rod Zapata warns Lee.
Americano responds with a throat thrust, counters a powerbomb with a Frankensteiner, and lands a big headbutt. Lee hits a knee on the apron, but Americano explodes with an exploder suplex, sending Lee to the floor. We go to break.
After the commercial, they fight for position on the top rope. Americano knocks Lee to the apron. Lee gets Americano in the Tree of Woe, hanging him outside the ring. Lee hits a Tree of Woe double stomp to the floor. Back inside, they trade chops. Dragon hits a pump kick and follows up with a rebound German suplex. Americano lands a huge belly-to-belly suplex into the corner.
Lee floats over and hits a Liger Bomb, but it is only a near fall. Americano counters with a Spider-German superplex. He pulls off Dragon’s mask and locks in an ankle lock while Dragon tries to cover his face. El Grande Americano wins by submission with the ankle lock.
Winner: Americano
Grade A-
Analysis
This match was great. Both Americano and Lee performed all the moves smoothly. It will be interesting if WWE reveal this man in Americano mask as Chad Gable. It is good undercard feud which has potential to give great matches every week.
CM Punk Promo on WWE Raw

Punk grabs the mic and speaks to the crowd. He says he is happy to be in Glasgow but not in a good mood. He is pissed off, tired, jetlagged, and uncertain about his road to WrestleMania. He knows he has a match, but he is not sure he is getting what he wants. What he wanted was to win the Royal Rumble, but he did not. Then, he needed to win the Elimination Chamber, but things did not go his way. He ends up working with children and Seth Rollins, the “black belt undisputed champion of being a diaper pissbaby.”
Punk says Seth screwed him out of the Elimination Chamber, which did not get him any closer to his goal. For Seth and Roman, it’s personal. But for him, it’s just business. He says the two men standing in his way have to go. Seth’s been crying ever since he came back, and it is clear his return has overshadowed everything Seth’s done in his career. Punk acknowledges Roman is taking things personally, too, because he sees that his Wiseman is not just HIS Wiseman anymore.
Punk says it is personal for them but business for him. That’s why they will have an old-fashioned contract signing on SmackDown. The crowd boos, and Punk asks if they want it here. He says he wanted it, too, and he is ready to put his hands on the contract. Punk wants to see if this match gets him closer to what he wants or if it is just another rug pull from the powers that be. He tells Seth and Roman to fuel up their jets because he will see them in London.
Before the contract is signed, Punk has two things to say. First, neither Seth nor Roman has ever defeated him without the other’s help. They cannot. Second, he brought both of them into this business, and he cannot wait to be the man who takes them both out of it.
Grade A
Analysis
The ending of WWE Raw March 10 indicated that CM Punk vs Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins is the plan. CM Punk with a mic is always gold. He hyped up his feud with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. Both men were absent from Raw, so it was a smooth promo. CM Punk told WWE fans that both men could not beat him on their own but needed each other’s help to win. So, Punk will beat both of them at WrestleMania. However, the good thing is that he announced a contract signing for WWE SmackDown.
Bron Breakker vs Penta for WWE Intercontinental Championship

The match starts with both men feeling each other out. Penta hits a Tijeras, but Bron Breakker awkwardly hits the ropes leg-first. He counters a triangle dropkick with a knee from the apron, reminiscent of Jumbo Tsuruta. Bron then launches a diving elbow, sending both men over the announce desk. Dominik Mysterio and Carlito arrive at the ringside as we go on break.
Back from the commercial, Penta lands a superkick, but Bron counters with a knee. Bron charges, but Penta drops him with another superkick. Penta connects with a lung blower, then goes for the flip piledriver. Breakker counters with a military press double knee gutbuster, but Penta sends him to the floor. Penta then hits a TOPE CON GIRO.
Carlito and Mysterio are fired up as Penta hits the flip piledriver, but Bron kicks out. Bron fights back with an avalanche Frankensteiner, but it is not enough to put Penta away. The Judgment Day interferes, with Dominik distracting the ref and Carlito eating a spear from Bron. Mysterio chop blocks Bron from behind, and referee Chad Patton sees it. Bron Breaker wins by disqualification.
After the match, Dominik continues to attack Breakker, but Bron fires back with their right hand. Finn Balor appears with a chair and strikes Bron across the back. More chairshots follow, and they hand Penta the chair. However, Penta surprises them by hitting a Van Daminator on Mysterio. Finn then attacks Zero, beating him down. The Judgment Day stands tall in the ring to end the show.
Winner: Bron Breakker
Grade B
Analysis
The match was good, but WWE had to end it in disqualification because no one could benefit from a clean loss here. Penta is now involved with Judgment Day in the storyline. He still chose to be a babyface and did not join hands with Finn Balor and Mysterio. WWE is building towards a multi-man WWE IC Title match at WrestleMania. It was all from WWE Raw Match 24 Results.
Last Words for WWE Raw March 24 Results
