Analysis

The Raw Tag Team Division needs this kind of solid in ring action and these two teams delivered. War Raiders and Creed Brother have big body structures but their in ring moves are fluent. They can work a great match even on their off day. War Raiders winning the match was a right call because they will surely bring the prestige back to the tag team titles. On the other side, Creed Brothers have a whole year to win the title.

Finn Balor and Bron Breakker Segment

Jackie Redmond interviews Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker. The interview is interrupted by Finn Bálor from The Judgment Day. Bálor talks trash, claiming he is untouchable in the ring. Breakker exits the stands and enters the ring, targeting Bálor. He is confronted by Carlito and Dominik Mysterio. Breakker wipes them out but finds himself on the defensive against Bálor. The champion recovers and chases Bálor off. He then levels Carlito, ending the segment emphatically.

Breakker’s path to WrestleMania involves Judgment Day. This situation may not appeal to everyone, but it’s a great utilization of the talent involved, especially in the absence of bigger storylines for WrestleMania. Bálor is a formidable opponent for Breakker. If Mysterio is added to the match, the tension within The Judgment Day will be heightened.

Grade B

Analysis

WWE do not have enough depth in the mid card because of the personal rivalries going on between most superstars. So, Breakker had to deal with Balor and the Judgement Day. Judgment Day put on a great show last year so they at least deserve a place at WrestleMania. It will be good to watch them fighting for the IC title. The tension between Mysterio and Balor will rise in the coming weeks.

Analysis

Rhea Ripley is yet to beat IYO Sky in a WWE ring. It was a surprising outcome but still loved by many WWE fans because Sky is an outstanding performer. WWE’s direction to WrestleMania is now unclear because Ripley deserved to be a part of the title match.
